Some important flaws in describe-bindings

1) It is a help command. It should tell how the information should be
interpreted.

2) Major mode bindings would be easier to understand if it told the
name of the major mode too.

3) It is rather hard to understand where to change a key binding if
the bindings are inherited from another key map then the one mentioned
in the list. Could this be taken care of somehow?
