IIUC the @gnu.org mailing lists use a specially setup moderation system
that weeds out spam for all mailing-lists at once, so it would be good
if the internal mailing-list were one of the @gnu.org ones so as to
benefit from it.
If someone knows more about it (Eli maybe?), please shed some light on this.
