I've checked in a fix for the :otf spec.

I've just added it to display.texi.

It's unfortunate that the pretest has an easily triggerable crash on
Windows, but that's life.  We should probably have another pretest soon,
for the benefit of Windows testers---let's say Monday, March 8th, a bit
more than a week from now.
