src/.dir-locals.el and lisp/.dir-locals.el (was: lisp/gnus/.dir-locals.el)

Is there any chance of setting up src/.dir-locals.el with the right
indent and show-whitespace settings for the C source?  It's a pain to
switch back and forth for me since at some places I'm forced to use a
non-GNU code style, and this would benefit everyone I think.

Ditto for lisp/.dir-locals.el.
