I think it's ugly to have a directory with two platform-specific files in, one specific to msdos, one specific to ms-windows, especially when msdos and ms-windows both have their own dedicated directories (at top-level) for the other platform-specific files that they need. So personally I would move it to msdos/ rather than src/. But if you don't want to bother, then don't bother.
