Hi,

Most of my patches for MSVC 64bits have been applied
over the time, thanks to Eli.
My own tree has a couple more diffs, but the current trunk
should compile with MSVC 64bits.
I hope to setup a web page explaining the process.
Obviously, you need the various libs too.
