This is not about maximizing but about demaximizing a maximized frame
after it has been maximized by desktop.  The question was whether this
could/should restore the normal frame size of the previous session.  We
already earlier agreed with Juanma that this will only restore the
default frame size of the present session.

I think we should do what can be done easily, like restoring the last
previous sizes (as Juanma does already).
