but... really should we increase the static heap from 13 to 18 MB also
for a not-checking bootstrap?
Usually, in that case, the build log shows

...
Static heap usage: 5419520 of 13631488 bytes
Doesn't it mean that the "end" product uses only about 5.2 MB?
