Info: Console Vs GUI difference?

Thanks to all who helped -- from Emacspeak's point of view, I
consider this issue closed -- setq on command-error-function
works --  and emacspeak is now able to output the feedback it
needs to without advising signal in emacsuns where
command-error-function is available.
