It's certainly something for cold winter nights to utilise your computer as a 
heat source...

Emacsmirror had a repo which could be used to "jump start" git-bzr.  But sadly 
it is now 404: https://github.com/emacsmirror/emacs  I don't know what git-bzr 
exactly needs.  Maybe the official savannah git mirror could provide the 
information for git-bzr.

But overall I think Emacs development should switch to git.
