bug #16355 - hang when resuming

Can anyone comment on bug #16355?

I get several crash reports from users of an Aquamacs preview release daily, 
and that's from only about 2,000 users at the moment.  It's easily the most 
common crash people see.

It is easily reproducible with a plain GNU Emacs build, current head - Emacs 
typically hangs when resuming after a system reboot (an OS X 10.7+ function).   
The hang appears to have to do with ObjC garbage collection and, presumably, a 
problem in retaining/freeing some memory.
