Actually in Firefox you can press F7 and it gives you a cursor that
you can move with cursor navigation keys.
But it’s still pretty awful, because tables.
But Firefox also has incremental search for general text on / [slash]
and for links on ' [straight single quote]; pretty close to Emacs’
isearch.
