I think the Big Three are good candidates: Org, Gnus, and CEDET. They
all live in their separate directories underneath lisp/, so moving them
shouldn't be too hard. I had envisioned that after the move to Git,
CEDET could be imported from a stable upstream branch as a subtree
lisp/cedet, but I guess using GNU ELPA would be even better.
