It's a legitimate issue, but not specific to TeXinfo; the same issue
arises no matter what we use for documentation.  There will be
a ramp-up time for anyone who doesn't use the system regularly.

Instead of making writers look into the doc sources for examples of what
they want to do, it might be useful to have a page or two of examples of
using TeXinfo (or whatever).
