If they are autogenerated why to commit them?
It would help if someone could list that tasks in a visible place (etc/CONTRIBUTE?). I'm on the list for a while and didn't know about them, so probably other emecs-devel newbies also don't know about it.People who want to help could start with these small but important tasks.
