But setting explicit-shell-file-name to `/bin/zsh` doesn't let you use
`**/` in M-! whereas if you had set shell-file-name to `/bin/zsh` you'd
get that extra functionality everywhere.
I'd also lost the extra bash functionality everywhere :-)
