Nor do I. I was thinking of creating an emacs-25.3 branch post facto, with a single commit representing the release, and tagged as emacs-25.3. However, it'd be better if Nicolas did it, since I presume he already has a branch in his private repository. If he doesn't have such a branch, I'll volunteer to create emacs-25.3 as described.
