Org mode update missing in NEWS (Was: Re: org-merger questions)

Hello all,

I just realized this when the pre-test got announced. As an Org mode user, having the latest Org version in the emacs core is a big plus. Should there be a NEWS entry for that, that mentions that now Org mode version has been updated to version 9.1.2?
