It builds now, thanks.
On GNU/Linux (fencepost), GCC version is 4.8.4, but on MS-Windows I
use GCC 7.3.0. So I wonder why your GCC 7.3.0 did succeed with the
previous version. But it isn't important enough for you to waste your
time on answering that question.
