Right, we need to find a macOS developer who likes tabs enough
to implement NS tab-bar :-)

Because then I don't know how to explain in the docstring
why NS has the default value 'tab-bar-lines'. This is
how the docstring would look in this case:
In GTK+ and NS that use the external tool bar, the default value is
\\='(tab-bar-lines) which means that adding/removing a tab bar does
not change the frame height.
