Searching for custom-theme-set-variables under etc/themes gives:
- etc/themes/dichromacy-theme.el
- etc/themes/leuven-theme.el
- etc/themes/misterioso-theme.el
- etc/themes/tango-dark-theme.el
- etc/themes/tango-theme.el
- etc/themes/wombat-theme.el
Under GNU ELPA:
- modus-operandi-theme.el
- modus-vivendi-theme.el
- tramp-theme.el
Under the top 5 most downloaded themes on MELPA:
- zenburn
- solarized
- sanityinc-tomorrow
- spacemacs
Most of which also come with their own defcustoms, etc.
Did I misunderstand what you were asking for?
