Hi,
To enable time zone support I'd like to include this file in the
Excorporate package:
https://github.com/unicode-org/cldr/blob/master/common/supplemental/windowsZones.xml
It uses the same license (copyright.html) as files in emacs.git's
admin/unidata directory.
Can I commit it alongside excorporate.el? Should I include
copyright.html there too?
