Schematics in GNU Emacs (Symbols Library)

Here's my next iteration on drawing Schematics in GNU Emacs. Now you can use symbols from an SVG symbol library to draw diagrams in GNU Emacs. An SVG symbol library is a simple SVG file with each symbol as a direct descendant of the root node.
