I think not:

The below two line:

  1. Hello and 你好  (line-pixel-height) = 30

  2. Hello           (line-pixel-height) = 24


I want to a way to set min line pixel height, and let line height 
always 30, no matter Chinese exist or not.

for example:

    line-pixel-min-height-factor = 1.25

which mean: line-pixel-min-height = 1.25 * 24 = 30
