Oh, I hoped it would be removed from C code, but now when people complained it
will stay there :-).

No, I maybe sound annoying, it wasn't my goal, but my opinion is that code has
lots of paths which makes it quite hard to read and understand, so I generally
welcome anything that can make it less complex.
