Failure building Emacs from master

The following occurs on GNU/Linux (Mint 20.3) with last master 
286e308561d00a31e0321919ef36d9bc6dadbeb3 :

In toplevel form:

Maybe this is not Gnu/Linux specific...

I wonder if this failure is related to this commit:
