"File" is not too bad because most applications have "Exit" or "Quit"
on their File menu.

We don't have to put Exit on File, but we should not stash it too far
from the beginning, IMO.

I would call it "Edit" instead of "Misc", and I would have it be the
2nd or the 3rd column.
