Did you see how JuiceSSH does that? Its keyboard add-on is very
convenient in use with Emacs, when I need to SSH into a remote host.
It has keys for Ctrl, Alt, Home/End, PgUp/Pgn, ESC, and arrow keys.
Very convenient.
