So, I have the 'minibuffer' frame parameter, but I'm ignoring
(minibuffer-only) for now. And voila, the posframes have to right
height, unsurprisingly.

Secondly, you might remember that I said that I expected a cursor to be
displayed in the posframe because that's what I see in the GUI. I rest
my case. I should have checked Vertico without Posframe on a tty.
Because it's doing the exact same thing then: completions appear in a
normal window on the parent frame, and the cursor is in the frame's
mini-window. Would be nice if it showed a cursor, if that's possible,
but anyhow, at least it is consistent.

Two todo items "fixed" :-).
