Copyright assignment (llm)

Hi,

I would like to contribute a pull request to the llm project on elpa (https://github.com/ahyatt/llm/pull/88) and apparently I need to assign copyright. How do I do that?

Here are some details that are probably relevant:

1. I am a UK citizen, currently resident in Slovenia.

2. I am not employed to write software - I am in academia and as far as I know it is normal here to retain copyright or assign it without restriction by the university.

3. The pull request was written in my spare time anyway.
