I am surprised that you are suggesting to bind an internal variable that
does not even have a documented format. Moreover, it is even
deliberately hidden behind `yank-media-handler' wrapper.

I will let Visuwesh provide an example code, so that we can
communicate the desired feature better.

I do it for Org mode and I usually re-read the threads or keep notes.
Of course, Org mode-related lists have lower volume of messages.

I usually try to give people some time to respond. Contributors often
have limited time to spare for Emacs and may respond after weeks.

I will keep in mind that discussions where you participate should better
be followed up earlier.
