[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]

[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]
What does it mean to "vendor" something? That is not usual terminology,
and I don't know what it means. (In the GNU Project we recommend
against assuming that a free program has a "vendor"; see
https://gnu.org/philosophy/words-to-avoid.html#Vendor.)
Also, what is a "DM"? I presume it doesn't mean "dungeon master" here.
