    Don't mention removed XEmacs support in idlwave manual
    
    * doc/misc/idlwave.texi (Lesson I---Development Cycle)
    (Syntax Highlighting, Windows and macOS, Troubleshooting): Delete
    most references to XEmacs.  Support for it was deleted in 28.1.
