    Make ebnf-version variable obsolete
    
    * lisp/progmodes/ebnf2ps.el (ebnf-version): Make obsolete.
    (ebnf-setup, ebnf-begin-file, ebnf-eps-finish-and-write): Don't
    use above obsolete variable.
