Won't that conflict with org-use-fast-todo-selection for changing state?

#+SEQ_TODO: TODO(t) STARTED(s) WAITING(w) APPT(a) INVOICE(i) | DONE(d)
DEFERRED(p) CANCELLED(c)

Is there a way to specify both?
