Hi Hugo,
you need to look at the variables paragraph-start and paragraph-
separate.
You can use org-mode-hook to change them.
I believe the following might do the trick
(add-hook 'org-mode-hook
(lambda ()
(org-set-local 'paragraph-separate "\f\\|\\*+ \\|[ ]*$\\|
[ \t]*[:|]\\|^[ \t]+\\[[0-9]\\{4\\}-")
;; The paragraph starter includes hand-formatted lists.
(org-set-local 'paragraph-start
"\f\\|[ ]*$\\|\\*+ \\|\f\\|[ \t]*\\([-+*][ \t]+\\|[0-9]+[.)][ \t]
+\\)\\|[ \t]*[:|]\\|^[ \t]+\\[[0-9]\\{4\\}-")))
