[Orgmode] export to latex

okay, i am still having problems exporting to latex, so i did a few more
things and did some investigating.. hopefully this will be of some help.

what i did:

- totally deleted my org-mode directory
- checked out the newest version from git
- did NOT make the file, so it would run from .el files
