Just did `git pull':

Fast forward
 contrib/babel/lisp/langs/org-babel-clojure.el |   95 +++++++++++++++++++-----
 lisp/ChangeLog                                |    5 ++
 lisp/org.el                                   |    1 +
 3 files changed, 81 insertions(+), 20 deletions(-)
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---

Restarted Emacs.
Re-opened my file.
Answered `yes'.
But still got the same "black-and-white" buffer...

Best regards,
  Seb
