I'm not seeing this behavior: both "Absent" and "Present" are present
in my case.
GNU Emacs 23.2.50.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.14.4) of 2010-10-27
Org-mode version 7.3 (release_7.3.65.gc2a36.dirty)
