`org-called-interactively-p' is a macro, so maybe recompiling Org will
fix the problem. I.e. I cannot reproduce it with
Org-mode version 7.7 (release_7.7.532.gf48321)
GNU Emacs 23.2.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.20.0) of
2010-12-11 on raven, modified by Debian
