Yes. I have standardized the name of the first two since every other
opt-in/out variable had the prefix "org-export-with-".

They have become, respectively, `org-export-with-author' and
`org-export-with-creator'.

`org-export-time-stamp-file' has kept its name, to avoid confusion with
`org-export-with-timestamps'.
