I don't understand the tgz are 4 K, this is big?

In any case here are the html files

However when I write

\[ EVal= [[file:ltxpng/export-no-ok_036843e35ec16858633d4feec029e76828c1b8d5.png]] \]

Without the space in \begin{array}, then the corresponding equation (image) is not generated correctly, both html files are attached. I am puzzled.

Consider the following minimal example (file) Test equation

\[ EVal= \begin {array}{cc} u&0<br/> 0&u\\ 0&0\\ 0&0 \end{array} \]

This is exported correctly to html.
