again thanks a lot for your help!

I tried to install the fixed version, but maybe I’m doing something wrong.

The good thing is: The error message is gone and I can now open the created .mm file with Freeplane.

The bad thing is: all the nodes which should contain headlines are empty.

 

Maybe I did something wrong:

I downloaded all the code with the git command you sent me,

Then I copied the org-freemind.el file in my local load-path and started emacs (however the original org-directory containing version 7.8.11 with the old org-freemind.el and .elc is still there in the installation path C:\emacs\... )

So I’m not sure if emacs really loads the new version, but something seems to have changed, so I assume it works.

I have attached the used org-freemind.el, the minimal example and the resulting .mm file as a zipped archive,

for the last test I have started Emacs from the Windows 7 command line with "emacs -Q -l /path/to/minimal-org.el" (which resulted in an error because path to minimal org was not found, my mistake),

I loaded the most recent org-freemind.el (downloaded via git) and typed M-x evaluate-buffer

The export to the .mm file works, but the nodes representing the headings are empty.
