I've fixed the first of the errors (misplaced { and }), the other errors I cannot
reproduce when creating an export based on the current org-export-reference.org
found on Worg.

It was an oversight on my part, @example and @lisp blocks have texinfo commands
expanded on export, so the {%s} in the block was causing issues.
