[O] Org-set-repeat

I see that Org provides a `org-cancel-repeater` and `org-get-repeat`
but I don't see a `org-set-repeat` (or function which can be made to
do so). Is there something like that that I've missed or should I
write a wrapper around `org-deadline`?
