  Ok, let's keep the complex cases possible, but the simple ones simple. So:
- <li>text</li> and <li>text<ul/></li> if there's only 1 text or sublist or 
text+sublist
- <li>[normal flow including p,ol,ul,blockquote,…]</li> in the rest. This 
includes <li><p/><p/></li>, <li><p/><ol/><p/></li>, <li><ol><p/></li>, 
<li><p/><p/><ol/></li>
