I recently tried to use the format. Actually, agenda fails to recognise
schedule interval like "SCHEDULED: <2019-07-23 Tue 23:00-29:00>". The
task is not shown in agenda view with error "org-duration-to-minutes:
Invalid duration format: "+5:00"".

The problem is reproducible with emacs -Q.
