Since this test is bound to fail for some developers, I assume it
shouldn't be included.

Locale "C" is forced for this group of tests. I have added the test to catch an attempt to change locale since it would affect other cases. I hope, the comment might be useful for those who play with sorting having a regular locale instead of fallback "C".
