Agenda headlines can't contain same time as DEADLINE's

I do

   emacs -Q -l ~/.emacs.debug

where .emacs.debug contains only

   (custom-set-variables
   '(org-agenda-files '("~/Org/my-agenda-debug.org"))
   )

and my-agenda-debug.org contains only 
   
   * learn org at 12:00
   DEADLINE: <2022-10-14 Fri 12:00>

Then I do

   M-x org-agenda a

and the agenda view is

   Week-agenda (W41):
   Monday     10 October 2022 W41
   Tuesday    11 October 2022
   Wednesday  12 October 2022
   Thursday   13 October 2022
     my-agenda-debug:In   1 d.:  learn org at 12:00
   Friday     14 October 2022
     my-agenda-debug:12:00...... Deadline:   learn org at 
   Saturday   15 October 2022
   Sunday     16 October 2022

i.e., a '12:00' is missing at the end of the antepenultimate line.
