BUG: org-lint does not agree with ox-latex and org-element-at-point |

Hello,
== begin of "include-myself.org" file
========================================
#+caption: BUG: org-lint does not agree with ox-latex and
org-element-at-point
#+name: make-me-float
#+include: "include-myself.org" src org :lines "1-3"
== end of "include-myself.org" file
==========================================
Writing the three lines between the == ... == markers to new file named
"include-myself.org" and opening+exporting this file to LaTeX does
what I expect: it produces a float listing the first 2 lines with a
caption.
The result of execution M-: org-element-at point RET with point on
any of those lines looks also OK to me.
However, org-lint complains that in line 3 there is a
"Non-existent file argument in INCLUDE keyword".
Best regards -- Gerard
